STALLHOLDERS
High-quality produce, goods and community information
The Gathering is a prime opportunity for your business or community group to sell your product or message to a captivated audience - anticipated to be around 7,500 (based on past events). We are seeking a diverse range of vendors that showcase Ipswich as a vibrant region - whether that be local produce and goods, cultural histology, or community networking.
In particular, The Gathering is seeking a diverse range of Celtic and Highland inspired stallholders with the following offers:
-
Celtic influenced clothing, jewellery, gifts, etc.
-
Traditional Highland food and beverage offerings
-
Traditional Highland gourmet sweets and snacks to take home
-
Displays of cultural or historical significance
-
Genealogy services to trace ancestry
-
Celtic instruments, tartan accessories, tartan dog collars and accessories, etc.
Other high-quality stalls will also be accepted. While not a requirement, we love if you take the time to add some Celtic theme to your stall.
The Ipswich Turf Club is an ideal venue with lots of space for our stallholders. The Gathering will provide you with an area allocation in our fully fenced venue along with security.

COVID-19 Requirements
COVID has meant that many events are unable to go ahead. Our team has put significant effort into developing a COVID Safe Plan, for approval by Queensland Health to ensure we can run The Gathering in 2022. Key requirements for stallholders include:
-
COVID-19 infection control: Every stallholder must have completed the COVID-19 infection control training. This training is provided free by the Department of Health, takes only 10 minutes to complete, and can be found here. While only the primary stall contact is required to provide their Certificate of Acknowledgment, we recommend each worker/volunteer complete this training. The certificate must be uploaded with the application form.
-
Hand Sanitiser: The Gathering will have hand sanitiser located throughout the venue at key traffic areas. In addition, every stall must have hand sanitiser available to customers.
-
Food and beverage vendors: If you are providing food or beverage you must adhere to a Retail Food Services Industry COVID Safe Plan. You must provide The Gathering with a copy of your Safe Work Method Statement that forms part of your Retail Food Services Industry COVID Safe Plan.
